The first initial visit is as easy as 3 steps:

 

Step 1 - Patient Forms: when first entering our office, we will request that you complete the patient forms. It provides us with your health history and detail information of your condition.

 

Step 2 - Consultation: this is the time to discuss with Dr. Yen about your health-related problems and concerns. During this step, Dr. Yen will get to learn more about your health status and expectation of how you anticipate the chiropractic care can help to meet your goals.

 

Step 3 - Examination: after consultation, Dr. Yen will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility. Standard neurological, orthopedic, postural and physical test will be performed as well. Don't worry; nothing will be done in our office without your consent! *NOTE: additional examination like X-Ray studies may be needed depending on your physical condition. X-rays is able to alert us of any serious spinal condition, thus help us to develop the most effective treatment plan for you. 

 

Once we have collected every information, Dr. Yen will provide you a detailed report of all findings and answer questions such as how we can help you, and how often do you need to come in for chiropractic care.
